Graduated in Architecture from the I.U.A.V. University of Venice in 2003, Alberto de Götzen is a professional architect with solid experience in architectural design and the restoration of built heritage. Trained from a young age in his father’s studio in Portogruaro, he quickly developed a strong sensitivity towards the restoration of historic buildings, environmental and landscape context, and the use of natural materials such as wood and stone, while embracing contemporary design.

His expertise is multidisciplinary: he works on the restoration and conservative rehabilitation of churches and historic buildings, building renovations, new constructions, feasibility studies, site supervision, project management, technical and valuation surveys, and safety coordination.

Author and co-author of publications on architecture and urban planning, he wrote “Portogruaro – A Guide to the City” (Pro Loco Editions, 2012–2016, in Italian and German), and contributed to the following works: “Trieste and Hamburg: Myth and Reality of Port Cities” (2004), “Historical Guide to the Old Port of Trieste” (2009), and “The Project and History of the Old Port of Trieste” (2010), Italo Svevo Editions.

He served on the Local Landscape Commission of Portogruaro for three terms (2013–2016, 2016–2020, 2025–2030), and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of ASVO SpA.

Architect, designer, and painter, Gianluca Glerean brings over 25 years of experience in architectural design, with a particular focus on residential and commercial buildings.

He graduated in Architecture from the I.U.A.V. University of Venice in 1996 and has taken part in numerous significant projects in both the public and private sectors, standing out for a design vision that blends aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. His attention to innovative materials and effective project management has led him to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality results.

Among his key collaborations are projects with the Metropolitan City of Venice and the municipalities of Portogruaro, Concordia Sagittaria, Fossalta di Portogruaro, and San Michele al Tagliamento. He has also carried out property valuation assignments for Abbey National Bank, Unicredit, BNL, and for the Courts of Portogruaro and Venice.

Alongside his design work, he is engaged in restoration, renovation, and interior design for private clients, and curates art exhibitions, including the creation of catalogs, in the Eastern Veneto area.

Alfio Chiandotto is a professional real estate agent and business partner at ALGI Real Estate Partner. He graduated from the “Carlo Scarpa” Technical Institute for Surveyors in San Donà di Piave in 1990, and began gaining experience as early as 1986 on construction sites at his family’s company in Trieste, working as a technical employee and strategic consultant for the development of turnkey residences and villas.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major technical firms in Trieste and Udine, becoming a key figure in the construction sector, with a strong focus on the quality and value of properties.

For over 20 years, he has worked alongside construction and real estate companies in the provinces of Pordenone and Venice, overseeing projects and directly managing property sales. Among his most notable projects, in 2014 he supervised the renovation and expansion of Lidl supermarkets in Adria and Udine, ensuring timely delivery and high construction quality.

He has also acted as a consultant for the renovation of hotels and historic buildings. Since 2016, he has passionately worked as a real estate agent at ALGI Real Estate Partner, offering a personalized, full-service approach for each client — from property search to the final negotiation.
